Trifecta Movement youth soccer team, El Salvador

About Us

Trifecta Movement is a youth-led project started by Roberto Ferreiro and Victoria Castelo, built on a simple idea: students helping students, across borders, through sports, creativity, and giving back.

It started with a vision — a passion to make a real difference for kids in need, in Miami and in El Salvador. From there, we built a movement: recruiting student leaders, called Delegates, from middle and high schools to start Trifecta Chapters at their own campuses.

1

It All Started With a Vision

Roberto Ferreiro and Victoria Castelo started Trifecta, fueled by a passion to make a difference through sports, creativity, and giving back to those in need.

2

They Built a Movement

We find student leaders — Delegates — from different middle and high schools to create Trifecta Chapters. Each Delegate recruits classmates and runs the chapter's programs with our support.

What Students Gain

This is the part that matters most to a school: it's not just service, it's a real program students grow through.

Service Hours

Meet school service-hour requirements through real, hands-on work — not just a signature on a form.

Leadership Skills

Delegates plan events, manage donations, and lead their chapter — real responsibility, not just a title.

Empathy & Responsibility

Direct contact with the kids and elders they're serving builds the kind of understanding a classroom can't.

Real Change

Students see exactly where their work goes — a soccer clinic, a food drive, a visit that actually happens.
